About Me

My love for fibre arts began one summer at about age 10. After a long day of dollar store shopping and a cinnamon bun, Grandma sat down beside me on the couch to knit. I watched, mesmerized, as her hands moved effortlessly, a fabric appearing below them as quickly and perfectly as if she were a cartoon.

Years later, I found myself in St. John's, Newfoundland for University. In a province with a rich history of fibre arts for fashion, utility, and subsistence, I continued to develop my skills.

My creations are influenced by traditional fibre arts in Newfoundland and Latin America and inspired by my love of cosplay, gaming, and everything fantasy. While I have produced items of my own design for years, I have only just begun publishing those patterns. I hope you enjoy them!
